The BCG Grinding Mill Machine is a system used for milling of BCG cake with the help of SS beads at desired speed using electro-mechanical systems for tilting and mixing with adjustable speeds.

 

At start of the process, the supervisor sets the required parameters such as tilting angle and the details for recipe. The supervisor hands over the machine to the operator. The operator loads the liquid/cake on the glass flask that needs to be mixed. Once the liquid/cake has been loaded, the operator takes his place in front of the machine and starts the machine. The glass flask starts rotating and the liquid/cake inside flask are started getting mixed with the help of SS beads inside the flask. The mixed product is collected in jar for further operation.

Main Operation: Liquid Vial Inspection

The visual inspection table with hood is a manual inspection table used to inspect the vials for particulate matter against Black and White background for specified time. Physical defects like crack, volume variation, and closure defect shall also be inspected.

There is photoelectric sensor mounted over both the White and Black background. When an object is presented to White background the “Yellow” LED indicator lamp will illuminate with an audible tone. The operator panel will start timing up and display on which background the inspection is being performed. When an object is presented to black background the “Green” LED indicator lamp will illuminate with an audible tone. The operator panel will start timing up and display on which background the inspection is being performed.

3) Powder Vial Inspection Machine

The Powder Vial Inspection Machine is a system used for the inspection of lyophilized vials (filled in amber colored glass and clear glass). 

The Powder Vial Inspection Machine is a continuous operating machine to detect different kinds of defects. The infeed conveyor is loaded with a tray full of powdered vials and are passed through infeed turret onto the inspection zone where the user inspects the vials for different kinds of defects. While the vials are passed onto the inspection through infeed turret at the same time it is counter through a laser sensor and the count is displayed on the screen. After the user has inspected the vials, it is then collected at the outfeed tray.
